We work to include security measures in this Website to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information within our control that you provide to us. However, the transmission of data over the Internet is inherently insecure; therefore, we cannot ensure the security of such systems. We do not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. By using our Website, you consent to the collection and use of information described above. The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), a ballot initiative, amends the CCPA and includes additional privacy protections for consumers passed in November 2020. The majority of the CPRA’s provisions will enter into force Jan. 1, 2023, with a look-back to Jan. 2022.
Like the CCPA, the CPRA applies to for-profit entities that do business in California, collect personal information from California consumers, and meet certain threshold criteria. Deletion of Your Personal Information
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information. You may contact kenny@kennykangcpa.com to make your deletion request. This right does not apply to Kenny Kang CPA, job applicants or contractors.
Verifying Consumer Requests
In order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or deletion, we will require three pieces of Personal Information that must match information that Kenny Kang CPA has on file during any request to access or delete Personal Information. If that information matches the information that Kenny Kang CPA has on file, you will receive a two-factor authentication via email or telephone in order to confirm your identity. If we are unable to confirm your identity based on this process, we will not release or delete the Personal Information.

We will not discriminate against you because you have chosen to exercise any of your CCPA privacy rights listed above.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request to know or a request to delete your Personal Information. If you do so, your agent must provide the authorized agent with written permission to act as your agent and you may also be required to verify your identity with us.

Residents of California may also, under §1798.83, known as the “Shine The Light” law, request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to our affiliates for direct marketing purposes and the number of affiliates with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. As stated above, we do not sell your personal information to third parties. In 2021, We received and completed no verification requests and no access requests. We did not deny any verification requests or receive any "do not sell" requests.

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell certain of our assets.
